Terms of Service

1. Services

Shippico Co. Ltd provides freight forwarding, customs clearing, vehicle importation, warehousing and related logistics services. All services are subject to written quotation and booking confirmation.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and may be subject to change following carrier rate adjustments, currency fluctuations or regulatory changes beyond our control.

3. Customer Obligations

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all cargo declarations and documentation supplied. Prohibited or undeclared dangerous goods may not be tendered for shipment.

4. Liability & Insurance

Carriage is subject to standard international conventions and carrier terms. Comprehensive cargo insurance is available and recommended for all shipments; liability without insurance is limited per applicable conventions.

5. Payment

Unless credit terms are agreed in writing, all duties, taxes and service charges are payable before cargo release.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
